Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During festivals, holidays, or sales campaigns, processing times may be longer due to high demand.
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Standard Delivery : 4–7 business days (depending on location)
- Express Delivery (if available): 2–4 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available in select pin codes and may include an extra handling charge.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier partner delays, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery timelines may range from 7–21 business days depending on the country and customs process. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, VAT, import fees, or local taxes as required by the destination country.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, product weight, and chosen shipping method. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on orders above a certain purchase value, which will be clearly communicated on our website.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/email notification with the courier name and tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website using the provided details. If you face any issues in tracking, please contact our support team.
Delays & Force Majeure
We make every effort to ensure timely delivery. However, RunwayByYogesh will not be held responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, government restrictions, customs delays, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please provide complete and accurate shipping details at checkout. RunwayByYogesh is not liable for failed deliveries, delays, or additional costs arising due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address/contact information provided by the customer. If a shipment is returned to us due to such issues, reshipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take utmost care in packaging and dispatching your order. In the rare event that a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will investigate with the courier partner.
Split Shipments
For large or multi-product orders, items may be shipped in separate packages based on stock availability and warehouse location. Customers will receive tracking details for each shipment separately.
